Instructions for Joining ONEflow Aquatics
· The subscription fees is paid monthly of 1st to 5th of each month.
· The subscription payment receipt is delivered to the administrator before the start of the training for the new participants.
· In case of renewal for existing participants, payment will be made no later than the first training and training will not be allowed after the first session of the month.
· Refunds are not allowed after the first attendance.
· Appointments are not changed after the start of the training and the dates that have been booked must be adhered to and not replaced.
· In the event that the participant is absent for more than a month from training at the school, he/she is subject to a new test by the academy administration to determine his level again.
· The head coach has the right to exclude any participant on his/her guardian for any act or statement contrary to the principles and traditions known about the academy.
· Commitment to the regulations and instructions of the Academy and non-interference in the technical aspect is a must.
· The technical staff has the right to accept, reject or classify the participant in one of the levels, after passing the technical tests.
· Follow the instructions and regulations of work in the swimming pool or training place and maintain sports facilities and equipment in it, is a must
Acknowledgment of parents
I, the subscriber’s parent, acknowledge the approval of joining the Academy and that all the data mentioned in this application are correct, there are no health contraindications that prevent my son/daughter from participating in game schools, and this is under my responsibility. I pledge to maintain the regulations and systems in force.
